About us
Established in 2011, the Yoga Players’ Association (YPA) is comprised of the Yogasana players in the National School Yogasana Championship (SGFI), All India Inter-University Yogasana Championship (AIU), National Yoga Olympiad (NCERT) & Federation / Association National Players. The primary role of the Association is to act as the collective bargaining unit on behalf of the players, but also assists and manages in areas such as safety, fair play, equality, training, and communications. Some of the key areas of support and management the Association Basic Sports rights following the Universal Declaration of Players Rights.
